Delivery Information

We do our best to ship every order out within the next business day after the order is applied. However, a majority of our items are handmade and made to order. So most of our items take 1 or 2 weeks to get ready. So please take into account that before you order.

We take care in packaging products to avoid damage and ensure proper delivery. The majority of orders are shipped using the Turkish Postal Services with registered post. But we send sterling silver rings via Inter or UPS Express (1-5 Dayws Worldwide Delivery) depending on availability and transit times to our customer's destination. If you request special services, please contact us before placing your order to ensure that we can accommodate your needs.
